Look at her whole career. First a mom, joins PTA. Peers elect her to city council, then mayor, then Governor, and now picked to be VP elect. You can’t say “no experience”, that is unless you are biased. In that case, say what you will, but there is only ONE truth. Truth is not “adjustable” to fit your opinion. Truth *IS* truth. Read something besides an internet blog once in awhile, and you may learn something of value.
I am still undecided, but having her on the ticket, not because of feminism or looks, makes me think McCain is a pretty smart guy. Plus, he’s got more political experience than everyone else combined. Food for thought.

First, we judge our states by population, not area. Second, an executive position in a decentralized and profitable (due to their energy kickbacks) state of 600,000 for 20 months is nobile but laughable when compared to the societal challenges facing a diverse nation of 300,000,000+. So let me get this straight. Palin, being a Governor of a state carries very little credibility in many of your eyes, huh? She commands a military unit — a robust one at that in the Alaska National Guard — Alaska is a crucial military state and has been since the end of World War II and the cold war. She controls a formidable state budget and gross domestic product due to Alaska’s Oil, Tourism, fishing and transportation industries. She has considerable interaction with the federal government again due to Alaska’s pivotal position in military defense, oil and transportation.
So do you all discount her considerable experience because you assume, incorrectly, that Alaska must be some “small, hole-in-the-wall” state? Is it because she is young, like Obama? Is it because, gasp, she is a woman?
Well consider this: Alaska is more populated than Wyoming, South Dakota (tied), North Dakota, District of Columbia, and Vermont. And it is virtually the same population as Delaware where Joe Biden is a senator to.
So tell me, if Obama picked a governor of Vermont, or Wyoming or Delaware would you all be dismissing that person’s experience so easily? What if he picked governor Schwarzenegger, or Janet Napolitano, or Kathleen Sebelius, Tim Kaine, or Bill Ritter — all the latter after Arnold, democrats by the way.
Being a Governor is no small deal, and it is CLEARLY more EXECUTIVE experience than Obama’s Legislative Senate career.
Learn the difference, then let’s talk about the executive experience needed to be commander in chief.

Remember this, when commie Biden starts to talk about “experience”. He was 29 years old when he first got his senate seat. That’s 15 years younger than Sarah Palin is tody. He bitched in 1973, that experience wasn’t needed, only sound judgment. Experienced he said, will be gained in office.
Obama has zero executive experience. As small as Wasilla may be, it is a town, and she was the executive officer for that town. She is the executive officer for the state of Alaska.

Honestly, why would anyone that knows ANYTHING about politics compare her with Obama? It’s not about Obama vs. Palin. It is beyond my comprehension why these morans are trying to compare those 2. This McCain vs Obama……this is just another left wing media ploy to take the momentum away from the McCain and Palin camp. I am an independent and have decided to not vote in this election. I love McCain for what he stands for and for what he did for our country, but its just not enough for me to vote for him. I think Obama is a Hollywood/Oprah made for TV movie waiting to happen. He is a good speaker, but so so so so so scripted. MLK spoke from the heart, not from a script. IMO, he is turning over in his grave. It is very alarming to think he could be president.
